The Fernando's Nostalgia restaurant

The Fernando's Nostalgia restaurant brand has for many years been synonymous with an authentic Goan-Portuguese cuisine & experience and considering it is the first time we are branching out, we would like to bring the right talent on board. The candidates will get to work closely with the Nostalgia team and undergo a 2 week training before bringing this much loved brand and product to Panjim.

What we are looking for:
1) Restaurant Manager: handling daily operations at the restaurant including customer service, billing, etc. Salary: 15k per month

2) Restaurant Attendant: handling daily operations and service along with the manager. Salary: 10-12k per month

3) Senior cook: A full-time cook with at least 2 years experience in a restaurant and familiar with non-veg Goan cuisine. Salary: 15-18k per month

4) Junior cook: A full-time cook with some restaurant experience and familiar with non-veg Goan cuisine. Salary: 10-12k per month 

 
Unfortunately, as our requirement is urgent I don't think this would be very suitable for freshers graduating in May/June, but they are welcome to approach us at a later date.

Fernando's Nostalgia is opening a small branch in Panjim and would like to extend opportunities at this outlet to IHM Goa freshers and alums.
