CRAFTSMANSHIP COURSE IN FOOD PRODUCTION & PATISSERIE

Minimum Qualification:-

Successful completion of 10th of 10+2 pattern or equivalent qualification with English as one of the subjects in the school examination.

Age:-
Maximum upto 22 years as on 1st June of each year relaxable upto 3 years in the case of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe candidates.

[ Fees are paid in advance by bank draft drawn in favour of "INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT, CATERING TECHNOLOGY AND APPLIED NUTRITION" drawn necessarily on STATE BANK OF INDIA on their Panaji (Goa) Branch and must be paid before the commencement of the course.]

This Course provides knowledge and skills necessary for Food Production in any hotel covering multi cuisine such as Indian, Chinese, Continental etc and a comprehensive Bakery orientation to prepare a variety of delicacies. This gives a good opportunity as a chef in any organization from where a candidate could rise on his own efforts. Also ample opportunities exist in the shipping line for such a course.

Strongly recommended for those with an inclination to Kitchen and Bakery line.
