The Valedictory function was held on the 28th March 2007. Mr. Ralph D'Souza was the chief guest. Miss. Sharon Rodrigues student of third year B.Sc in H& HA received the ‘Best outgoing student of the year'  award.

On the 19^th February 2007, Chef Peter Noronha and Chef Andrew from the ‘Carnival Cruises’ gave a demo on the ‘latest trends in food presentation’ . Chef Moses Fernandes also conducted a lecture on the same topic for the students of the 3^rd year Bsc in H&HA.

Bakery competition was held in the Institute on 9^th February 2007.

The winners were as follows.

2^nd place : K.Divyant Singh Bhadoriya and Ankur Rastogi

3^rd place : Dipti Thakoor and Rohan Shinde

Goa Medical College organized  a voluntary blood donation camp on 8^th February 2007 in the Institute premises. Faculty and students were very enthusiastic; there were over 40 donars.

Chef Christopher Santo from U.K visited the Institute and conducted a demo on ‘English Cuisine’ for the students of 3^rd year BSc in H& HA on the 29^th January 2007.

On the 16^th January 2007, alumni of batch 1993 took time from their busy schedules to meet at the Institute.

Oswin, Jude, Saket, Manish, Aparajit, Senthil and Fabiola. All have reached various positions in the industry, they also showcased some of their skills before the students of 3^rd year BSc in H&HA.
